Eddie and Julie Boyd are wonderful to work with! My wife and I are from Maryland and started looking online for listings in the Myrtle Beach area. Eddie reached out to us and introduced himself and we loved him right away. His professionalism and great personality were wonderful, and his knowledge and love of the area were evident. He started giving us multiple options immediately and after a while he knew what we were looking for. We travelled down to see a few houses, and he spent most of the day showing us the listings and taking us through the area to get us familiar with what was available. Before long we made an offer, it was accepted, and we came back down for closing. Eddie was right there with us from start to finish, always keeping us informed and up to date with the tasks at hand. He even has great information on helpful moving tips and all the contacts for the area utilities to get set up for the move. When your realtors discriminate against you because you are legally deaf; refusing written communication as my form of Effective Communication. These are Federal Fair Housing (FHA) CRIMES as well as SC. They are hefty fines. But if you want to deal with a Realtor that only speaks to the hearing; go for it!
