When your realtors discriminate against you because you are legally deaf; refusing written communication as my form of Effective Communication. These are Federal Fair Housing (FHA) CRIMES as well as SC. They are hefty fines. But if you want to deal with a Realtor that only speaks to the hearing; go for it!

The Eddie & Julie Boyd Team did not disappoint. I chose Mr. Boyd, as a result of an online seach. There was zero pressure to sale, to the lowest bid. This is the second piece of property that we bought from the Boyd team. We had a wonderful experience back in 2021 when we bought an investment property from Eddie. When we were looking again in April 2025, we knew we would be contacting Eddie and Julie. Eddie went way out of his way to find us the perfect property!
